When you use our website, request a quote or sign up for our text messages, you accept these Terms. If you have any questions, we are happy to help. Just contact us using the information at the end of this page.

1. SMS Program Description:

Del Toro Insurance Agency, Inc. ("Del Toro Insurance," "we," "us") offers a mobile messaging program, Del Toro Insurance SMS Notifications, that sends service updates, insurance quotes, policy renewals and marketing alerts to subscribers who have opted in. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Del Toro Insurance, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Service updates
• Insurance quotes
• Policy renewals
• Marketing alerts

Example: "Del Toro Insurance: Hi [Name], this is a reminder that your policy payment is due on [Date]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

3. Message Frequency:

How often you receive messages depends on your policy and account activity. For example, you may receive a reminder before a payment is due, a notice before your policy renews, or updates while a claim is open. Most customers receive 1 to 4 messages per month, and you will never receive more than 6 messages per week.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Rates may differ for domestic and international messages. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Opt-In Method:

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Del Toro Insurance in any of the following ways:

• By entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on the text message sign-up form on our website, www.deltoroinsurance.com.
• By checking the SMS consent box on a paper form.
• Verbally, during a conversation with a Del Toro Insurance agent. Verbal consent is recorded in your client file with the date and the name of the agent.

The SMS consent box on our forms is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not required to get a quote or to purchase any goods or services.

6. Opt-Out Method:

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.

If you want to join again, just opt in the same way you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Help:

For help, reply HELP to any message, email contact@deltoroinsurance.com, or call (305) 335-8676 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

8. Privacy of Mobile Information:

9. Eligibility:

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to submit forms or collect content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

We may block or discard submissions that violate these rules.

12. Quotes and Coverage:

Quotes and information on this website are estimates based on the information you provide and the rates available at the time. They are not a binder, policy or guarantee of coverage. Coverage begins only when a policy is issued by the insurance company, and its terms are set by the policy itself. Insurance products are offered through licensed agents and may not be available in all states.

13. Intellectual Property:

The Del Toro Insurance name, logo, mascot, text, images and website design belong to Del Toro Insurance or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Third-Party Links:

15. Availability and Limitation of Liability:
